SEI, an award-winning national consulting firm, has found growing success in thought leadership marketing. Building on insights provided by the client, I ideated, drafted, and built a weekly 800-word email newsletter (then its even more successful successor, a LinkedIn Newsletter) providing fresh insights on people operations, digital transformation, and big business happenings from the perspective of one of the firm’s executives. Taking the lead on social media marketing, I was the primary copywriter for multiple paid media campaigns supporting sales, lead generation, and talent acquisition. I also designed and oversaw the execution of new scalable content development strategies that leveraged real employee voices, translated existing long-form articles into fresh social-first content, and increased organic traffic to the company site.
